Job Walks With Contractors & Clients – Mistakes are caught and corrected before being concealed with materials that follow or allowing a contractor to move off of a job. Final job walks verify work is completed to a client’s satisfaction BEFORE final invoicing is triggered.
Punch List Development – Should defects arise, punch lists are generated until completion is reached. Clients receive GUARANTEED PROTECTION from contractors who fail to complete jobs and attempt to collect on premature invoices.
